Architect (Licensed) independently provide the full range of architectural services on a small to medium-sized project. He or she leads others in accomplishing project or marketing objectives given by a supervisor. Finds technical solutions to deliver the design through documentation and detailing while preserving the design intent. Has the ability to prepare, coordinate, and complete a construction documents package using Revit. Leads coordination of consultants of all disciplines. Prepares, develops, and edits specifications. Evaluates, selects and/or approves materials and products. Leads day-to-day construction administration activities including coordination with the Contractor, Owner, and Consultants to maintain project progress. Refines and further develops design concepts given by others. Creates and develops planning and design concepts for more complex projects. Oversees design work of others to ensure an integrated and cohesive design. Presents design solutions to client representative and/or design review committees. Supervises the development of renderings for client presentations. Uses 3D visualization tools and software to develop designs for presentations and documentation. Regular use of current design software (Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator) as well as Microsoft Office and animation software and 3D printing tools and modeling software. Mentors and trains junior and intermediate level staff. Participates in the preparation of proposals after being given the vision and strategy for the marketing effort. Maintains relationships with past clients. Develops relationships with current/new clients. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days per week. National or regional travel to client sites may be required, less than 10% of work time.



Minimum requirements: a bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent degrees accepted) in architecture, or a closely related architecture or design field of study, a valid Architectural License from any U.S. jurisdiction, and 7 years of experience in a related occupation performing architectural design of residential and commercial buildings using 3D modeling software and producing construction documents using Revit. Basic annual pay range is one hundred thirteen thousand, four hundred twenty-two dollars to one hundred fourteen thousand dollars for full-time employment and standard company benefits.
