The Position

Escrow Analyst provides escrow information to clients and loan officers. Responsible for escrow disbursements. Prepare and deliver escrow documentation. Prepare annual escrow analysis. Ensure the Escrow process and documents conform to all applicable laws and regulations. This position will also be responsible for the collection and tracking of insurance and property taxes for the bank's consumer, commercial and mortgage clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • The Loan Operations Servicing Specialist performs a variety of clerical duties in conjunction with loan servicing that may include scanning and filing documents, loan boarding, processing payoffs, perfecting lien documents, and calculations and distributions of escrow accounts
  • Processes escrow payments and bills, posting, and conducts research
  • Process escrow analysis
  • Works delinquent taxes
  • Prepares and monitors various reports
  • Handles general loan servicing duties
  • Monitors and tracks insurance policies
  • Provides a high level of customer service for internal and external customers
  • Reports issues to bank personnel, sends notifications, reports progress, quotas, collection items, and updates list



Qualifications:


  • High School diploma or GED
  • General knowledge of various loan documentation, banking, insurance servicing, and flood


regulations

  • Requires ability to handle complex and difficult customer problems; develop customer relationships; apply bank's policies and procedures and other guidelines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must


be able to do simple math and carry out written instructions
