Role Snapshot Our Business Analyst (BA) functions as the crosswalk between business needs and technical execution. This BA accountable to take the lead in the early stages of a given project to gather, analyze, and translate the needs of the business into requirements for the technical solution. Throughout this process, this Business Analyst is responsible for fulfilling a role within a bi-weekly scrum team to keep tabs on project progress and escalate blockers. Working under general guidance, this analyst collaborates across team leads to ensure timely and measurable results, ensures priorities are clear and progress is transparent and measurable. Salary Range $75,000 - $90,000 The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Work Location We are open to remote work in the following approved states: **Employees that live within 45 miles of WPS Headquarters (1717 W.
