Great Hill is seeking a Sr. Financial Advisorin Washington, D.C. The objective of this work is to be the Sr. Financial Advisor to the DCFO, Division Chief, Financial Systems / M/CFO/FS office.
Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Provide technical input and financial management expertise for the execution of USAID program closeout, ensuring alignment with Agency priorities and resource availability.
  • Participate in the preparation of program closeout associated documents - to include implementation plans, concept notes, activity monitoring, and procurement drawdown.
  • Develop technical briefs, guidance documents, and presentations that synthesize complex information for a variety of audiences.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including interagency working groups, implementing partners, and donor coordination platforms - as appropriate to accomplish the Agency's current operational objective.
  • Align Agency policy and management platforms with Federal law, Presidential initiative or directive, regulations, and international agreements governing the use of foreign assistance.



Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in Federal Financial Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and research tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • S. Citizenship; Public Trust clearance eligibility required.
