Great Hill is seeking a Sr. Financial Advisorin Washington, D.C. The objective of this work is to be the Sr. Financial Advisor to the DCFO, Division Chief, Financial Systems / M/CFO/FS office. Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to: Provide technical input and financial management expertise for the execution of USAID program closeout, ensuring alignment with Agency priorities and resource availability. Participate in the preparation of program closeout associated documents - to include implementation plans, concept notes, activity monitoring, and procurement drawdown. Develop technical briefs, guidance documents, and presentations that synthesize complex information for a variety of audiences. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including interagency working groups, implementing partners, and donor coordination platforms - as appropriate to accomplish the Agency's current operational objective. Align Agency policy and management platforms with Federal law, Presidential initiative or directive, regulations, and international agreements governing the use of foreign assistance. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Minimum 15 years' experience in Federal Financial Management Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and research tools. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. S. Citizenship; Public Trust clearance eligibility required.
