Job Summary The Clinical Marketing Specialist, UIS Distribution serves as the clinical and technical liaison between Mindray's distribution partners, field teams, upstream marketing, and R&D. This role develops and executes clinical marketing plans, delivers training and education, manages clinical evaluations, and supports product positioning across Private Office, POC, and Radiology environments. The Specialist also partners with key opinion leaders to strengthen clinical validation and communicate Mindray's value proposition across the U.S. marketplace. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute clinical marketing initiatives that highlight Mindray's ultrasound value proposition across Private Office, POC, RAD, and other distribution channels.
- Provide clinical and technical expertise to distribution partners, sales teams, and customers through training programs, education sessions, demos, and events.
- Manage internal and external clinical evaluations prior to product launch, ensuring high-quality feedback for product refinement.
- Deliver clinical training and education to contracted partners across the U.S., supporting adoption and effective use of Mindray ultrasound systems.
- Create and support clinical content including white papers, presentations, competitive analyses, and the clinical components of sales collateral and messaging.
- Support major tradeshows, workshops, and internal/external events by demonstrating Mindray solutions and reinforcing clinical differentiation.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, consultants, luminaries, and clinical influencers to guide product roadmap and validation efforts.
- Advise on competitive landscape trends and partner with Marketing Managers to refine product positioning and strategic messaging.
- Collaborate closely with upstream teams and R&D to communicate North American clinical requirements and track enhancement or bug-related feedback.
- Provide clinical support for high-visibility strategic sales opportunities.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical, technical, or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ultrasound-marketing, clinical applications, or sales; ultrasonography degree highly desirable.
- Strong clinical application expertise with a deep understanding of ultrasound workflows, use cases, and buying drivers.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate clinical concepts clearly and professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience leading cross-functional efforts and influencing clinical and executive stakeholders.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working in a remote environment.
- Ability to travel up to 40%, including some international travel.
