Position Summary / Department Overview: The Senior Productivity Analyst serves as the analytical lead and strategist for Boston Children's Hospital's Laborlytics platform -a key system that provides insights into labor resources and management practices across the organization. This role partners clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to evaluate productivity, enhance efficiency, and ensure optimal staffing levels to support high-quality patient care. The Senior Analyst works closely with departments to interpret data, design reports, and develop actionable insights that improve labor performance, financial outcomes, and overall organizational effectiveness.
