Position Highlights	The Department of Africana Studies at the University of Arizona is accepting applications for a Limited Term Adjunct Instructor in Africana Studies. The Department of Africana Studies is seeking candidates with a demonstrated record of teaching excellence. The successful candidate will teach a Hip-Hop Cinema course for an undergraduate student population with a wide range of perspectives and experiences. Duties & Responsibilities	Teaching one course - AFAS 371 Hip-Hop Cinema - for the Spring 2026 semester. Holding office hours. Preparing teaching materials independently and collaboratively. Additional duties may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications	Master's degree in Africana Studies, African American Studies, Dance, Performance Studies, or closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications	Experience teaching Africana Studies courses at the University of Arizona. PhD in Africana Studies, African American Studies, or closely related field.
