You'll play a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies that align with business objectives and fuel performance. This hybrid role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment-someone who proactively identifies challenges, leverages analytics to guide decisions, and executes solutions that deliver measurable impact.

What you'll do:

  • Change Management Leadership: Serve as a change agent for transformation initiatives. Apply structured frameworks (e.g., Kotter, ADKAR) to guide leaders and teams through transitions.
  • Business Partnership & Strategic HR Leadership: Align HR initiatives with business KPIs. Use commercial acumen to advise leaders and connect people strategies to financial and operational outcomes.
  • Talent Management & Succession Planning: Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles. Use 9-box methodology and leadership pipeline strategies to build future-ready teams.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Stewardship: Lead engagement survey analysis and action planning. Champion cultural initiatives and ensure alignment with company values.
  • Compensation & Benefits Advisory: Provide expert guidance on total rewards, including benchmarking, job evaluations, and equity analysis.
  • HR Technology & Digital Enablement: Leverage HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) to drive efficiency and data accuracy. Ensure adoption of digital tools across client groups.
  • Coaching & Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing coaching on performance, team dynamics, and conflict resolution. Handle complex ER cases with discretion and fairness.
  • DEI Integration: Embed DEI principles into all HR practices. Ensure diverse hiring slates, equitable pay practices, and inclusive leadership behaviors.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional HR projects from scoping to execution. Ensure timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes using structured project management methodologies.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with strong business partner background.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in global environments.
