Coho Consulting Group is seeking a superior Senior Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Analyst to support the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Space Portfolio Division (SPD) in Arlington, VA. by leading process improvement and reengineering initiatives across various operational domains. This role focuses on optimizing workflow efficiency, establishing process standards, and aligning SPD operations with DoD best practices and transformation goals.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):



  • Apply process analysis and reengineering methodologies to modernize and optimize SPD operations.
  • Lead the development of process standards, performance metrics, and data models to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of business process improvements.
  • Support the creation and management of standardized templates, project management processes, and knowledge management strategies.
  • Design and deliver training for diverse audiences in Lean Six Sigma and process improvement techniques.
  • Serve as the key coordinator between project teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of baseline processes and SOPs for SPD operations.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of complex issues and translate findings into actionable plans.
  • Prepare executive-level DoD decision documents and briefings.


Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Clearance:


    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance.



  • Education and Certifications:


    • Master's degree or higher required.
    • Project Management Institute - Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) or Equivalent



  • Required Experience:

    • Minimum 20 years of DoD, OSD, and WHS experience.
    • Extensive experience managing large-scale process improvement or IT integration projects.




  • Skills and Competencies

    • In-depth understanding of Business Process Reengineering, Lean Six Sigma, and process analytics.
    • Strong data analysis, process modeling, and workflow optimization expertise.
    • Exceptional ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Expert communication skills, capable of influencing high-level decision-making.
