About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Dental Sales Professional to lead business development and sales efforts across the United States. This individual will be responsible for growing revenue through both direct customer relationships (dental practices, DSOs, labs, and institutions) and materials with channel partners/distributors. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the dental industry, a proven track record in B2B medical or dental device sales, and the ability to manage a large, multi-state territory.

What We Are Looking For Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute an Americas direct/indirect sales plan that aligns with company objectives.

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business with dental practices, group practices (DSOs), dental labs, and educational institutions.

  • Manage and expand relationships with key distribution and channel partners (e.g., Henry Schein, Patterson, Benco, Burkhart, regional dealers).

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for both direct (printer & materials) and channel accounts (materials).

  • Track, forecast, and report on sales performance using CRM tools.

Channel Management
  • Develop strong partnerships with distributors to drive joint business plans, marketing campaigns, and training initiatives.

  • Conduct product training and co-selling activities with distributor representatives.

  • Monitor channel inventory, pricing integrity, and market penetration.

Customer Engagement
  • Provide product demonstrations, clinical support, and consultative selling to dentists, hygienists, and practice managers.

  • Attend and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and regional dental events.

  • Collect and report customer feedback to inform marketing, product development, and customer service teams.

Market Development
  • Identify market trends, competitive activities, and new opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop regional promotions, campaigns, and lead-generation programs.

  • Support new product launches and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.

Qualifications
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or Life Sciences or 5+ years of experience in dental, medical device, or healthcare sales. (mix of direct and distributor-based experience).

  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets.

  • Strong relationships within the dental industry (especially with major distributors and DSOs).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the U.S. approx 70%

  • Experience managing national accounts and channel programs.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

  • Clinical knowledge of dental products, equipment, or materials.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration and partnership across leadership teams.
