You Are: UST is looking for a highly experienced Test Program Manager/ End-to-End Test Lead to drive quality strategy, execution, and governance across complex, multi-system programs. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, hands-on QA expertise, and modern testing practices to ensure delivery of high-quality products at speed. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing cross-functional dependencies, implementing automation-first approaches, and establishing strong quality metrics and reporting practices. The Opportunity: * Define and execute the end-to-end test strategy for enterprise-scale programs, spanning web, mobile, APIs, microservices, data, and backend systems. * Partner with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure quality is embedded from requirements to release. * Lead test governance, providing go/no-go recommendations backed by risk-based assessments and quality metrics. * Manage large-scale multi-team, multi-vendor test programs, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines. * Champion shift-left and shift-right testing practices, integrating QA into all phases of SDLC/STLC. * Embed test automation into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate feedback cycles. * Drive adoption of service virtualization, API testing, and data-driven testing to reduce dependencies. * Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps to ensure continuous testing and post-production validation. * Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management for complex E2E flows across multiple systems. * Lead and mentor QA teams (onsite/offshore), fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Facilitate defect triage, risk reviews, and stakeholder alignment meetings. * Ensure test data management, environment readiness, and automation coverage are effectively handled. * Establish and monitor key quality metrics (e.g., defect density, automation coverage, defect leakage, MTTR). * Create dashboards and executive-level reporting in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Power BI/Tableau. * Provide clear communication of test progress, risks, and quality outcomes to leadership and stakeholders. This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. What You Need: * 10+ years of QA experience with at least 5 years in Test Program Management or End-to-End Test Leadership roles. * Proven experience in managing complex E2E test programs involving multiple systems, vendors, and stakeholders. * Strong knowledge of modern QA practices: Agile/SAFe, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, shift-left testing, risk-based testing. * Hands-on expertise with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, Postman, RestAssured, Tosca). * Experience with API testing, service virtualization, and cloud-based testing platforms. * Strong technical knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. * Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. * Certifications preferred: CSM, SAFe Agilist, ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, or equivalent. Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: Georgia Compensation Range : $93,600-$140,400 Benefits Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico. Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
