Part-Time HR Assistant Analyst - Corporate

Synchron, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time HR Assistant Analyst to provide support for its daily HR/Personnel operations. You will assist the Corporate Team in their support of Synchron's employees, partners, and clients. You will work with Synchron's program management and corporate staff on daily basis.

This position is being hired on a Part-Time basis at less than 30 hours per week. However, there is an opportunity for increased work depending on company need.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain data accuracy for HR Information Systems and internal SharePoint files.
  • Process onboarding and other access documents for employees.
  • Maintain records for accuracy, compliance and auditing purposes.
  • Assist in the development and updates to internal company policies and other corporate projects.
  • Provide onboarding/offboarding support to employees.
  • Assist with Personnel Security as needed.
  • Collaborate with Employees and Leadership during core hours (10 AM - 2 PM EST)
  • Provide additional support to the corporate team as needed.



Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree OR four years work experience in a professional environment
  • Experience with MS Teams and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Adobe Pro
  • Experience handling proprietary or confidential information.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance
  • Experience with the U.S. Navy.



Desired Education and Experience:

  • Skilled in management within information systems.
  • Experience in human resource systems or applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts and information; identify problems or issues; draw conclusions; and make recommendations consistent with the organization's work methods, procedures, and management control systems.
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Knowledge and understanding of DoD, DoN, NAVSEA or OPNAV.



Work Location: This position primarily supports Synchron's office (Washington D.C.) with opportunity for fully remote support. Must be able to travel to Synchron's office in Washington D.C. on occasion for meetings and related support.
