About us

Trusted Medical, PLLC is the clinical care delivery affiliate of Edera (www.edera.com). We specialize in serving Veterans by reducing wait times for them to gain access to disability screens and separation health assessments required by the Veteran Affairs (VA) to receive benefits. In addition to our core work with the VA, Trusted Medical holds multiple government contracts nationwide, allowing our providers to also participate in occupational health services for their applicants and employees. This includes pre-employment screenings, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and other health assessments that support a wide range of government agencies.

The Clinical Recruiter works closely with leadership, hiring managers, and HR in a fast-paced organization. The Healthcare Recruiter is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Trusted Medical. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, can shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for handling recruiting effort duties including but not limited to the following:

  • Consults and partners with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies for the company.
  • Handles the requisition creation, job postings, and candidates through our applicant tracking system following consistent internal processes.
  • Utilizes applicant tracking system (ATS) for job postings and creates and executes queries and searches for qualified candidates.
  • Screens talent pools to confirm qualifications, skill sets, interest, job fit, salary requirements, work authorization, and other customized criteria.
  • Prepares and implements strategies using strategic sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, internal databases, and networks
  • Provides reporting on key sourcing and recruiting metrics by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Maintains open and frequent communications with leadership and HR staff on recruiting and hiring timelines.
  • Recommends solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the recruiting life cycle.
  • Performs other related assignments as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience with high-volume healthcare, life-cycle recruiting for a variety of job classifications.
  • Prior experience with sourcing through social media and using applicant tracking systems required.
  • Results driven with a strong client focus, results-driven, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivated with the willingness and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good judgment and sound decision-making with the ability to problem-solve and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Skilled in applicant interviewing techniques including behavioral-based methods.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to fulfill commitments while under deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Self-starter with good organizational, time management, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience performing recruiting activities consistent with OFCCP and EEOC guidelines as they relate to hiring practices.
