Financial Analystin GAC Savannah Unique Skills:
- Aerospace and/or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a cross matrix organization. P&L experience is a plus.
- Strong financial analysis capabilities, including demonstrated experience working with teams in forecasting, month end closing, financial reporting.
- High systems aptitude with proficiency in tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, and BOBJ, along with advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and streamlining workflows.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Assist department and financial management in preparation of annual budgets and projections.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial performance analysis and reporting.
- Analyze financial performance versus budget/business plan, including identification of root causes and corrective actions.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial analysis and report actual financial performance versus budgets and forecasts.
- Compile financial information to develop budgets, identify causes of major variances and ensure accuracy of actual data.
Perform other duties as assigned.
