Position Overview: The Learning Operations Specialist supports the Learning & Development team in delivering high-impact training experiences and driving effective knowledge transfer across the manufacturing organization. This role ensures operational excellence in training coordination, documentation, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and experienced with skills matrices or competency models. Responsibilities: Training Development & Execution * Collaborate with the L&D Business Partner to design and deliver impactful training programs tailored to manufacturing needs. * Support building of learning programs, journeys or paths to help support the continued development of employees. * Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and development events to ensure smooth execution and high engagement. Content Creation & Resource Management * Develop e-learnings, SOPs, and other training materials based on direction from the L&D BP. * Ensure all documents meet formatting standards and avoid duplication in collaboration with Compliance Team for Document Control. Skills Matrix & Competency Analysis * Partner with Learning Systems &Analytics Coordinator to analyze performance data from the skills matrix. * Identify training gaps and communicate insights to leadership to support workforce development and continuous improvement. * Learning Journey Management * Assign and manage learning paths in Bridge for job changes, cross-training, and upskilling initiatives. Knowledge Transfer & Communication * Support effective knowledge transfer by ensuring training materials are clear, accessible, and aligned with operational needs. * Serve as the central communication link between Trainers, leadership, and other teams regarding training operations and updates. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field preferred * 2+ years of experience in training coordination, learning operations, or HR support * Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Familiarity with skills matrices, competency models, and learning management systems (LMS) * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Hours, Location and Pay: We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works 8:00 am- 4:30 pm at our Little Chute, WI manufacturing facility. Physical and Mental Demands: * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds. * Specific vision abilities required in this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
