About this Role - Safety, Health and Environmental Media Developer We are looking for a talented Safety Health Environmental Development Coordinator who has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible for supporting the Safety Department by assisting in the design, production, and implementation of multimedia materials that enhance safety communication, training, and innovation initiatives. This role combines creative design (including 3D modeling), technical production, and project coordination to help translate complex safety concepts into engaging, visual, and interactive deliverables. What You'll Do 3D Modeling & Visualization - Support the development of 3D scene assets for use in incident recreation videos, safety animations, and virtual training materials. - Perform model cleanup, texturing, and basic animation. - Collaborate with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to accurately represent field work processes. - Assist in the full process of producing incident recreation videos (Blender, Adobe Premiere, Autodesk, Unreal Game Engine, Fusion 360, Cinema 4D, After Effects, or other video production software). Visual & Graphic Design - Design safety posters, infographics, and visual aids for internal campaigns and learning initiatives. - Maintain visual consistency across department materials in alignment with company branding and safety messaging. - Support the creation of presentation templates, icons, and visual assets for training or leadership use. App & Digital Resource Support - Assist in use and maintenance of simple web-based applications (e.g., JotForm apps, interactive PDFs, or Articulate Rise 360 modules). - Manage updates, content changes, and formatting improvements for digital training tools. Project Coordination & Administrative Support - Organize digital assets, file structures, and version control for ongoing creative projects. - Support project scheduling, task tracking, and progress updates. - Assist with communication between the creative production team and field leadership, ensuring timely delivery of materials. What You'll Bring - Willingness to develop industry knowledge regarding electrical power systems. - Deliver assigned creative materials on schedule and to standard. - Improve department efficiency through organized file management and resource preparation. - Demonstrate continuous growth in creative software proficiency (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, 3D software, JotForm tools). - Contribute original ideas that strengthen communication impact or streamline production workflow. - Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail across all design and media deliverables.
