As a Nursing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: managing of the nursing service, ensuring the highest quality care is being provided to patients, and assigning staff to the appropriate clinical area based on their skill mix.

Position: Nurse Supervisor - Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital
Shift: Varied Hours - Weekend shifts are typically 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Weekday shifts may include 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM.

Experience:
1. 5 years of recent Acute Care Nurse experience required.
2. Prior Management, Supervisor, Charge, Coordinator or other related leadership experience is preferred

Education:
1. Graduate of accredited school of Nursing.
2. BSN Required.
3. MSN or other related graduate degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required
2. Certification in specialty area is preferred.
