Responsibilities Job Summary Under the direction of Leadership, the IT Applications Developer is engaged in all phases of the software development lifecycle which includes the design, development, documentation, testing, deployment and maintenance of HonorHealth's enterprise applications. IT Applications Developer will participate in design meetings and consult with business clients to refine, test, and debug programs to meet business needs. This position will interact and direct third-party partners in the achievement of business and technology initiatives. The IT Applications Developer will understand software architectural standards and design principles. Must be able to work both independently and as a productive member of a project team. This role necessitates a higher level of creativity and innovative thinking resulting in advanced customer solutions. The position requires the candidate to work closely with key client stakeholders and senior technology leaders. The IT Applications Developer is responsible to understand and conform to HonorHealth's project and change management methodologies and may be responsible for leading low to moderate complexity projects leveraging this framework. In addition, this position requires an on-call rotation facilitating off hour work functions in support of incidents, upgrades, patches, and project task fulfillment. Essential Functions
