Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator
This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote W-2 contract role available to candidates based in the U.S. only.
Summary
The LMS Administrator will support daily operations and technical enhancements of the organization's learning platform. This role ensures a seamless learner experience by configuring and deploying eLearning and instructor-led training (ILT) offerings while also supporting ongoing system improvements. The LMS Administrator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the platform.
Our Ideal Candidate
Previous corporate LMS administration experience (Docebo preferred)
Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and AICC standards
Skilled in configuring, testing, and launching eLearning and ILT content
Proficient in troubleshooting and implementing system enhancements
Comfortable working across Learning & Development, IT, and vendor teams
Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee daily LMS administration, ensuring the platform runs smoothly and learners have a seamless experience. You'll partner with L&D, IT, and vendor teams to configure, launch, and maintain digital learning programs while also supporting technical upgrades and process improvements. This includes:
Managing day-to-day LMS administration and system configurations
Configuring and deploying eLearning, ILTs, and blended programs
Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to vendors when needed
Supporting integrations and system enhancements to improve efficiency
Participating in testing of new features, releases, and upgrades
Developing reports, analyzing usage data, and recommending improvements
Creating process documentation and supporting governance initiatives
Contributing to the execution of LMS roadmap projects
Education and Experience
Corporate LMS administration experience required (Docebo preferred)
Familiarity with eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI, AICC)
Strong background in system configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting
Experience with integrations and API-based solutions is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $37.81-$40.25 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
