Creative Project Manager/Producer

Contract: ~5-6 months

Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week

Location: Remote (US-based preferred)

Pay Rate: $48.00 - $54.00/hr (+benefits after 60 days)

Overview:

Our client, a b2b Saas company is kicking off an exciting brand refresh initiative and is looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager / Producer to help drive the project from start to finish. You'll partner closely with internal marketing and creative leaders, an external brand agency, and cross-functional teams to ensure the rebrand is executed seamlessly-from planning and feedback management to rollout and adoption.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with internal lead to manage the day-to-day execution of the rebrand project and long-term rollout.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the brand agency, owning project communications, meeting recaps, feedback documentation, and deliverable tracking.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and task tracking in Monday.com.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (events, web, marketing, product, etc.) to identify all brand assets and materials that need updating.
  • Support the development of a phased brand rollout plan-what launches when, where, and how.
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets and repositories to ensure teams have access to the new brand toolkit and updated libraries.
  • Drive accountability across teams to keep deliverables on time and aligned with project goals.
  • Bring structure, organization, and positivity to a complex, high-visibility initiative.


Who You Are:

  • Experienced in brand projects: You've led or supported a brand refresh or rebrand at scale, ideally partnering with or working within a creative or brand agency.
  • A proactive problem solver: You thrive on untangling complexity, finding solutions, and moving things forward with optimism.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented: You keep multiple moving parts aligned and are comfortable managing deadlines and deliverables across teams.
  • Independent and confident: You don't need hand-holding-you take initiative and build trust quickly.
  • A strong communicator: You know how to document feedback clearly and keep everyone in sync.
  • Tools-savvy: Comfortable in Monday.com, Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets), and familiar with Figma for referencing creative files.
  • Experience working directly with brand agencies or creative partners.
  • Familiarity with managing brand systems, asset libraries, and rollout toolkits.


The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $48.00 - $54.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
