Goldbelt Apex, LLC is an Alaska Native 8(a) firm that specializes in medical logistics, equipment modernization, maintenance, business analysis and innovative technologies to accelerate the delivery of health care across the military, federal, and civilian landscapes. Goldbelt Apex, LLC is headquartered in Juneau, Alaska with offices in Herndon, Virginia. Summary: The Program Manager will provide leadership and project management oversight to facilitate the timely and effective identification, planning, and execution of Standardization Program requirements.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform Program Manager functions including employee management, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding, communicating with COR, monthly reporting, and Consultant and subcontractor management.
- Analyze problems, needs, changes, and enhancements and make recommendations based on findings.
- Provide support for Special Projects as directed.
- Assist in reviewing subcontractor and suppliers invoicing.
- Manage relationships with Shared Services via daily interactions regarding recruiting, invoicing and billing, contract kick-off preparation, and ongoing monitoring.
- Support efforts in developing templates, formats, and processes to construct and standardize the enterprise-wide standardization effort.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and/or systems enhancements to enable higher levels of efficiency and compliance within the standardization program.

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to think analytically and apply sound judgment, solve problems, make effective decisions, and act with integrity.
- Ability to communicate, negotiate, and advise on matters that are highly complex and sensitive in nature.
- Stakeholder and Customer relationship management skills are required.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to interact with customers, partners, and foster cross-functional teamwork.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years of proven experience in managing complex projects that require interactions with a diverse array of people and organizations OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a social science field, business, communications, public administration, or a related field of study or four years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management or other related technical discipline Understanding of the DoD MHS enterprise.
Pay and Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 to $115,000. At Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
