Position Highlights

The Department of Management and Organizations is seeking an adjunct lecturer to teach an in-person undergraduate course on the topic of "Strategic Management" in the Spring 2026 semester. This is a 16-week course that begins on January 14, 2026, and ends on May 6, 2026. Successful candidates may be eligible to teach in future terms depending on the needs of the Department.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Teach
    one section of an in-person Strategic Management course ("Strategic
    Management Capstone course ").
  • Preparation
    of course instruction and materials.
  • Grade
    assignments, presentations and exams.
  • Hold
    virtual office hours for enrolled students.
  • Submit
    final grades at end of session.
  • Additional
    duties may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree (or higher) in
    Management or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD or other terminal degree in Management or related field.

  • Professional experience or active research portfolio related to courses to be taught.
