The individual hired as a Postdoctoral Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations for a planned sleep health research study, Mind After Midnight. This individual will also participate in other research, student teaching, and administrative activities, as well as professional development activities in order for them to develop as a researcher. They will also regularly communicate with participants regarding sleep diaries and adverse events and will participate with the PIs in the analysis of the study findings and writing manuscripts. | Duties & Responsibilities |
- Recruit, screen, and enroll participants.
- Perform assessments and interventions.
- Analyze and interpret data, write manuscripts.
- Help supervise and train undergraduate students or other lab members.
- Database management and data analysis, alongside the study Principle Investigators and the study Statistician.
- Routinely interacts with peers and direct management. Exchanges information with other departments or external contacts to perform role and achieve objectives. May coordinate own work with that of other work groups.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Complete knowledge of all job functions and the broad industry best practices, techniques and standards. Exhibits ability to transfer knowledge and application of complex principles, theories and concepts to peers.

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Position is for a Postdoctoral candidate, must have a doctoral degree with field of study Research/Psychology/Sciences.
- Writing of manuscripts based on study findings.
- Adverse Event reporting and participant communication.
