We're seeking a Programmer / Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

  • Perform first article inspections on new and existing products
  • Create, write, and edit dimensional inspection programs for the CMM
  • Review complex blueprints and part assemblies to prepare CMM inspection programs using PC-DMIS
  • Collect, analyze, and report on inspection data
  • Conduct in-process inspections using existing CMM programs
  • Troubleshoot dimensional discrepancies found in CMM reports
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality personnel to discuss and resolve inspection results

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • Two or more years of experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), or willingness to learn
  • Two or more years operating a CMM
  • Experience or interest in CMM programming
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience as a First Article Inspector
  • Familiarity with PC-DMIS and Geomagic inspection software
  • Knowledge of AS9102, Net-Inspect, and DISCUS software
  • Experience with a ROMER / Absolute Arm
  • Understanding of mathematical and statistical principles used in inspection
  • Experience using basic measurement equipment for part and product inspection



Pay: The anticipated hourly range is $30 to $40, based on education, experience, & demonstrated skills.

Hours Per Week: 40 hours
