How You'll Make an Impact As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll bring a collaborative, hands-on approach to full-cycle recruiting; partnering with hiring managers to deliver exceptional recruiting support across technical, professional, and operational roles. You'll balance independent ownership of searches with teamwork, providing high-touch support to hiring managers-guiding them through the process, answering questions, and ensuring both candidates and managers have a seamless, supportive experience.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, with a strong focus on technical recruiting across environmental, engineering, and operational disciplines.
  • Build partnerships with hiring managers to understand business needs, provide guidance, and deliver qualified candidates efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide high-touch support to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, guiding them through each step, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth and collaborative hiring experience.
  • Source and engage talent using creative, tech-savvy strategies and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other emerging platforms.
  • Write clear, engaging job postings and outreach messages that reflect our culture and attract strong candidates.
  • Maintain organized, accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to support reporting, compliance, and process consistency.
  • Partner with Human Resources to establish competitive pay ranges, conduct equity reviews, and support compensation decisions for new hires and internal adjustments.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates to share insights, refine processes, and support department-wide initiatives.
  • Manage multiple requisitions at once with attention to detail, reliability, and consistent communication.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback that enhance candidate experience, team collaboration, and recruiting efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including proven success recruiting for technical roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills; comfortable working with all teams and levels across the organization.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, accountability, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft 365 tools; tech-savvy and curious about new recruiting technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have active personal automobile liability insurance by the first day of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for high-level or leadership roles in the AEC or professional services industry.
  • Background in employer branding, process improvement, or talent analytics.
  • Exposure to data-driven recruiting tools or market insights platforms.
Compensation: $38.46-$55.28 hourly* / $80,000-$115,000 annually*
  • *Final agreed-upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, an individual's related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location. Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check prior to beginning employment.
