Our Financial Management & Business Analysis Portfolio supports the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC); the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (ASA) Financial Management and Comptroller (FM&C); the U.S. Army Financial Management Command (USAFMCOM); the Defense Health Agency (DHA); and many other DoD customers. We ensure the Army FM systems and processes are modernized and integrated to provide a complete range of financial and cost information needed for the Army to conduct business transactions, provide accountability to the public, and to support performance reporting and decision making. We provide effective functional systems support, user technical support, training support, and governance support of the Army's modernized and deployed FM domain ERP systems (GFEBS / GFEBS-SA / GCSS-A (Finance)), ensuring technological capabilities maturation and evolution aligns with Army and FM domain goals and objectives.

SPA has an immediate need for a Journeyman or Junior ServiceNow Developer.

The Journeyman Developer will support the design, development, and implementation of the eGRC tool on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves creating workflows, repositories, and reporting functionalities while ensuring system performance and compliance with Army requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement workflows to facilitate RMIC responsibilities and role-based assignments.
• Create centralized repositories for risks, controls, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in the integration of the eGRC tool with Army-specific systems and external platforms.
• Support automated testing and validation processes.
• Collaborate with the Senior Developer and stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

The Junior Developer will assist in the development and implementation of the eGRC tool on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on supporting the development team with coding, testing, and troubleshooting tasks while gaining hands-on experience in system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of workflows, repositories, and dashboards.
• Support data migration and integration efforts with Army-specific systems.
• Contribute to the creation of user guides, job aids, and training materials.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 - 8 years of experience and BA/BS degree for Journeyman level, 1 - 2 years for Junior
• Candidates must possess advanced expertise in ServiceNow configuration
• Ability to design, customize, and optimize workflows, integrations, and system functionalities to meet complex organizational requirements
• An active DoD SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
