Global Talent Operations Specialist - Remote This is a 10-month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote-friendly contract role. Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Global TA Operations Contractor to provide operational and project management support during a maternity leave coverage. This role is critical in maintaining project momentum, ensuring operational continuity, and delivering day-to-day support for the global Talent Acquisition team. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to drive key initiatives and maintain recruitment standards globally. Our Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or Project Management
Passion for talent acquisition with a strong foundation in project execution and operational management
Proficient in Workday, Power BI, with strong organizational, data reporting, and stakeholder management skills
Familiar with global recruitment policies, vendor management, and operational best practices
Skilled in collaborating with HRIS, HR Operations, Legal, IT, Compensation, and other cross-functional teams
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Prior hands-on recruiting experience preferred
Job Description
In this role, you will drive progress on key global TA operations projects, ensuring deliverables and milestones remain on track. You'll partner with HRIS, HR Operations, Legal, IT, Compensation, Global Mobility, and HR Business Partners to ensure alignment on initiatives. This includes:
Maintaining project trackers and providing weekly progress updates
Acting as the primary liaison for vendor partners and managing escalations
Supporting global TA teams with data analysis and reporting using Power BI and Workday
Ensuring adherence to global recruitment policies and compliance standards
Overseeing TA scheduling coordination processes and managing a TA Specialist
Supporting all other global TA operational activities to meet team priorities
You will also maintain internal tools, dashboards, and resources, supporting the overall success and operational efficiency of the global TA function. Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Background in HR, project management, or operational roles
Prior experience in global organizations preferred
Additional Requirements
This opportunity is remote-friendly but may require occasional on-site meetings
Pay for this W-2 position ranges from $50 - $55 per hour
