As the Senior Manager, Human Resources - Strategic Projects & HR Initiatives you'll provide business partner support to the sector and lead key strategic projects across multiple facets of the HR Function.

This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who combines strong business acumen with a passion for project leadership, organizational design, and change management. Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources for our Component Repair Services (CRS) Division, this role offers a unique opportunity to serve as an internal consultant and execution partner to senior HR and business leaders within CRS, ensuring the effective delivery of Division wide programs and initiatives.

What you'll do:

As a strategic leader with the CRS HR team, the Sr Manager, Human Resources - Strategic Projects & HR Initiatives will:

  • Provide HR Business Partner support to sector employees across the division.
  • Spearhead strategic HR projects across CRS' global sites in alignment with the business strategy.
  • Assess and lead optimization efforts in alignment with business goals.
  • Drive process efficiencies across the HR Function for all CRS locations.
  • Implement change management strategies to support adoption of new processes and organizational structures.
  • Define and track success metrics for projects and HR initiatives.
  • Communicate initiatives and changes effectively to stakeholders across the organization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience required
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including demonstrated success leading enterprise-level projects or transformation initiatives in a complex, global, or matrixed organization

  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience leveraging HRIS, data analytics, and project management tools to optimize HR delivery
