Maintenance Mechanic - Keep Production Running Strong!

Hours and Pay

Shift: 1st Shift - 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Pay Range: $29 - $34 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

You'll play a vital role in keeping production lines running smoothly by performing both reactive repairs and proactive preventative maintenance on advanced manufacturing equipment. From troubleshooting complex systems to leading continuous improvement projects, your expertise will directly support safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and production stoppages with effective, long-term repair solutions.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to address root causes.
  • Perform emergency repairs that restore operations and prevent recurrence.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Propose and execute equipment modifications to improve performance and reliability.
  • Document maintenance activities in the CMMS, including time tracking and root cause analysis.
  • Manage parts inventory and ensure materials are on hand for upcoming projects.
  • Collaborate closely with peers and supervisors, sharing insights and best practices.
  • Train and mentor new team members in sustainable repair techniques and troubleshooting methods.



What You Bring



  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with solid troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Familiarity with high-speed production equipment and systems.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Physical capability to meet the job's demands, including lifting and working with tools.
