Position Summary

As a Social Media Community Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing social media strategies for Sikich. Working as part of the Marketing & Communications team, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to develop impactful organic and paid social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness and meaningful conversion with Sikich target stakeholder audiences.

This position requires someone who is not only adept at project management but also brings a keen understanding and passion for digital strategy, social media strategy, content creation and campaign benchmarking and measurement.

What will you do in this role?

• Help develop and nurture a positive Sikich online brand presence.
• Maintain the company's social media policy.
• Stay abreast of social media best practice and changing algorithms so you can counsel internal stakeholders on content and engagement strategies.
• Comprehensive oversight of all Sikich social media platforms, with responsibility for the social media content calendar, campaign and content creation (with support from the Communications and Brand/Design functions).
• Role should leverage the universe content options from engaging text and imagery to video content, etc.
• Role also requires monitoring, listening and responding to online engagement.
• With support from Marketing & Communications leadership, act as the brand's spokesperson by communicating with end-users within the community.
• Ensure prompt and engaging communication on brand's social media accounts, including responding to comments and direct messages within 24 hours.
• Ensure brand consistency and voice across all social media channels, maintaining a cohesive online presence.
• Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
• Analyze and report on social media data to assess content performance, community engagement success and areas for improvement.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Three to five (3-5) or more years of experience in social media management and content campaign coordination.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-growth environment.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working in B2B, particularly professional services, is highly desired.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout social, SEMrush, Clearview Social) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, etc.).
• Graphic design skills and familiarity with design and AI software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Firefly, Adobe Sensei) are desirable.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the base salary range for this role is $80,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, commission, and geographic location.
