 Head of Campaign Management 
 Overview Waters Corporation is seeking a strategic and result-driven Head of Campaign Management to lead a high-performing global team responsible for driving measurable growth across key markets. In this role, you will oversee 3-4 leaders and their teams, each managing multiple campaigns that support Waters' Strategic Marketing Initiatives (SMIs). You will lead the design, execution, and optimization of global marketing campaigns that align with business priorities, accelerate growth, and generate high-quality MQLs that fuel the funnel and contribute directly to revenue. As a cross-functional leader, you'll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment of strategy and execution across business segments. You'll champion data-driven decision-making, ensuring every campaign is designed to deliver measurable commercial impact and meaningful customer engagement.
