Service Operations - Training & Development Manager

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Training & Development Manager - Service Operations. The primary function is to provide staff support to all operating entities in the Service and Body Shop areas. Primary responsibility will be to assist the development of Service and Body Shop Managers and service staff, and coordinate policies and procedures.

• Assist the Human Resources Department in recruitment, selection, and training of Technicians and other service personnel as needed.
• Instruct how to use available management reports to run a more efficient department.
• Continually review policies and procedures to ensure ease and efficiency for the customer and service team.
• Provide training support for all aspects of Service and Body Shop operations.
• Review policies and procedures to ensure standardization with MHC Service and Body Shop operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to travel 80% of the time on the job.
• Prefer computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
