Job Summary:

The Manager, Process Improvement will support system-wide initiatives aligned under S&OP function. This position also supports a wide range of stakeholders with management and coordination, including corporate executive level programs, sales, and operations.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for applying effective project management and/or performance improvement tools and techniques for system initiatives, balancing cost, schedule, and risks against projects and objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with Leadership, Sales, and Operations in support of bid and proposals
  • Write thoughtful and tailored creative content for proposals as needed
  • Develops and contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards and safety standards. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and governmental/accreditation regulations.
  • Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential materials daily.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:



  • Knowledge and understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proven work experience as a sales support specialist or sales support associate
  • Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and multitasking skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and on teams


Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree Business, Program Management, or related field required
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Project management skills; ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects
  • PMP or similar project management credential or certification a plus


Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:



  • Talking, Hearing, Seeing
  • Standing, Sitting, Walking, and Fingering
  • The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work.)
  • This position requires additional hours as necessary
