  • Technology Management: Oversee the deployment, integration, and lifecycle management of workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, AI-driven productivity tools, baseline client software, and end user device standards.
  • AI Enablement and Innovation: Collaborate with functions and business units to develop and operationalize AI solutions tailored to specific organizational challenges.
  • Change Management and User Adoption: Develop and lead change management programs to drive successful adoption of new workplace tools and solutions via initiatives to upskill employees and foster a culture of digital literacy and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, innovation labs, and forums to gather feedback, surface business requirements, and inspire new ways of working
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Deliver regular progress reports and executive dashboards, highlighting successes, learnings, and areas for future investment via the IRX framework.

  • 2+ years of experience managing technology-driven change and user adoption initiatives.
  • 1+ years of experience AI, machine learning, automation, or data analytics platforms.

Core Competencies:
  • Visionary thinker with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Collaborative leader who inspires cross-functional teams to achieve bold aspirations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Adaptability and resilience in the face of rapid technological change
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical and business challenges.

Preference:
