As a GSOC Operator in Arlington, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to support a secure environment for employees and visitors. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service through clear communication. You will play a key part in responding to incidents and supporting access control procedures. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and manage communications for the location, receiving and dispatching calls as needed to security-related personnel and/or emergency services.
• Follow site-specific protocols to handle incidents and critical situations in a professional, calm, and problem-solving manner.
• Document all incidents, calls, and relevant activities accurately in accordance with company and location guidelines.
• Collaborate with on-site security-related teams to coordinate responses and support operational needs.
• Provide quality customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while adhering to location-specific procedures and Allied Universal policies.
• Assist in monitoring access control systems and/or surveillance equipment as required by the location.
• Support emergency response activities in accordance with established protocols and instructions from management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
