Security Officer - Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in Cheyenne, WY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence. Your primary duties include conducting routine patrols, with a strong emphasis on driving throughout the property to remain visible and accessible. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and performing emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or potential threats.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with controlling access to the property and monitoring entry points as required by site policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents encountered during patrols.
• Engage with tenants, visitors, and contractors in a professional manner while upholding Allied Universal's standards for service.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in driving roles is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
