Job Description




As a Security Professional - Patrol Driver Government in Everett, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a government location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment. This is a driving post, so you will spend much of your time on patrol in a vehicle, remaining visible and approachable to visitors and staff. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication, upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
  • Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and/or members of the public while representing Allied Universal at the location.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related hazards encountered during patrols.
  • Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
  • Assist local law enforcement and/or emergency personnel as needed and as authorized by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • This role is primarily a driving post and is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
