As an Allied Universal Security Professional, you will patrol healthcare locations to help to deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for all. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, remaining visible, and engaging with staff and visitors to provide exceptional customer service and communication. This unarmed patrol post requires a valid driver's license, as you will need to drive as part of your duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity or situations that may require attention.
• Assist with access control and visitor management to help maintain a secure healthcare environment.
• Document and communicate any security-related incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Work collaboratively with staff and visitors to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure atmosphere within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
