As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol CRE Building in Bellevue, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure atmosphere for a prominent commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to support a welcoming environment, and delivering exceptional customer service while communicating with tenants and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report on conditions that may impact property operations, such as maintenance needs or unusual activity.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with property management, visitors, and Allied Universal personnel as needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on all incidents and activities during assigned shifts.
• Assist with access control procedures by monitoring entry points and verifying authorized individuals entering the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
