This position offers a dynamic blend of executive support and strategic business oversight, making you an indispensable part of the team's success. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive calendar management for a senior leader, ensuring optimal scheduling, prioritization, and proactive adjustments.
- Facilitate and document key meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing detailed notes, and tracking action items.
- Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements and associated budgets with precision and efficiency.
- Oversee team morale budgets, meticulously tracking expenses and financials to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Support critical business management activities, including the preparation of impactful business review materials and reports.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels across various internal groups and stakeholders.
- Organize and retrieve essential project communications data and performance metrics.
- Track project budgets and expenditures, closely monitoring costs against plans and proactively identifying potential overruns.
- Propose innovative solutions to mitigate budget challenges and optimize financial resources.
- Document and refine business processes to enhance overall team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform general bookkeeping duties related to travel and expenditures.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing comprehensive calendar management for a senior executive.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, particularly with senior leadership.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business and finance management, including budget tracking and expense oversight.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with executives or high-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Proficiency with standard office productivity suites.
- Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to track budgets and expenses accurately.
- Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
- No degree is required for this role.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Significant previous experience in both executive administrative and business program management roles.
- Previous experience in similar administrative or program management functions within a large enterprise technology company.
