Our client is seeking an exceptional Earned Social Strategist to spearhead organic social strategy and execution for a premier digital music and content platform. In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of internet and popular culture, translating trends into impactful social campaigns across artist, host, publisher, and fan community channels. You will be a creative visionary, a seasoned storyteller, and a master of community engagement, collaborating with talent and partners to achieve key business objectives and cultivate an engaged audience. Your work will directly influence brand presence and audience connection, making a significant mark on the entertainment landscape. Responsibilities:
- Drive and execute comprehensive social strategies across various artist, host, community, and partner/publisher accounts for a leading digital music platform.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with culturally relevant social accounts, identifying opportunities for tentpole campaigns and ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate seamlessly with diverse cross-functional internal teams, overseeing planning, briefing, execution, and reporting for integrated campaigns and activations.
- Develop and provide compelling copy, ensuring appropriate tone of voice, adherence to brand guidelines, and robust support for priority artist campaigns and curated playlists.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures for partner content, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Strategically leverage digital publishers and partners to maximize the reach and amplification of campaigns and significant cultural moments.
- Actively track and evangelize evolving social best practices, providing valuable insights and context to partners and talent.
- Identify and foster synergies across different business lines, developing earned strategies for cross-promotional opportunities.
- Clearly communicate partner programming and go-to-market plans to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to stay abreast of conversations across all music genres, actively participating and sparking thoughtful discussions through content creation.
- Expertise in identifying and engaging with influential fan and niche social accounts that drive artist and music discovery.
- Seasoned storytelling and creative visionary capabilities, with a strong portfolio of impactful social content.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, short-form video content, memes, and comprehensive community management.
- Experience building and nurturing relationships, with a proven track record of successful collaboration with external partners.
- Ability to effectively leverage social media to craft compelling narratives, cultivate engaged audiences, and meet strategic objectives.
- Detail-oriented, highly knowledgeable, and passionately invested in music and culture.
