We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead client services and study management across pharmaceutical programs. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery while fostering strong customer relationships. You'll collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence and support Clario's mission to unlock better evidence for life-changing therapies.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of study management

  • Gather customer requirements and translate them into actionable plans for internal teams

  • Develop and maintain study documentation, reports, and data archives

  • Oversee equipment distribution and tracking

  • Monitor timelines and manage financial components including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, and invoice reconciliation

  • Identify and escalate study risks with mitigation strategies

  • Facilitate internal and external negotiations to ensure collaboration and timely delivery

  • Apply problem-solving strategies to address customer issues and maintain escalation tracking

  • Present study services at investigator or site initiation meetings

  • Support client meetings with Business Development and Operations teams

  • Assist in onboarding and training new Project Management team members

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management

  • 1-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management or related industry

  • Proven expertise in eCOA or similar industry products

  • Strong proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Microsoft Office

  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Based in or able to work from San Jose (hybrid)

  • Valid passport and ability to travel approximately 20%
