The Maxine Platzer Lynn Women's Center is seeking an organized, relationship-driven Program Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Women's Center's mentoring programs. This position plays a key role in connecting the University with local schools, students, and families, and will work closely with undergraduate mentors and interns to ensure meaningful, well-run programming. Position Summary The Program Coordinator will support the Young Women Leaders Program (YWLP), the Men's Leadership Project (MLP), and college readiness workshops for high school students. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people, values community engagement, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. The Coordinator will report to the Program Director for Mentoring & Community Engagement and be a part of the Women's Center's Engaged Scholarship portfolio.
