We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join their technical operations team, where you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless technology deployment and support. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by providing critical technical assistance, directly contributing to the productivity and success of their workforce.

What You'll Do:



  • Manage the staging and preparation of IT equipment, moving devices from stock to the build area.
  • Perform device imaging for new hires, equipment refreshes, and break-fix scenarios.
  • Collaborate closely with internal support teams to streamline equipment deployment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records by updating asset tracking systems, internal collaboration platforms, and the asset management database.
  • Prepare and configure devices for network integration, specifically for new employees.
  • Handle the receiving and shipping of IT equipment, ensuring proper inventory management.
  • Execute data wiping procedures for various mobile devices, preparing them for disposal or refurbishment.
  • Contribute to various miscellaneous tasks within the technical operations center to support overall team success.


What You'll Bring:



  • Proven experience in device imaging and configuration.
  • Familiarity with asset management practices and database updates.
  • Ability to set up and configure devices for network connectivity.
  • Experience with logistics related to IT equipment, including receiving and shipping.
  • Knowledge of data wiping protocols for mobile devices.
  • Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
