We're seeking a dynamic professional to step into a pivotal role where you'll be the strategic link between our client's vision and its successful execution. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise to shape brand narratives, champion creative excellence, and directly influence the success of critical initiatives that touch countless lives. You'll be instrumental in translating complex business objectives into compelling marketing strategies, ensuring every campaign resonates and delivers measurable results.

What You'll Do:



  • Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison for clients and business partners, taking full ownership of account operations and ensuring seamless communication and transparency.
  • Drive the flawless execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with various internal and external partners to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Act as a trusted marketing expert, providing valuable insights into business performance, brand health, and market segments to keep cross-functional teams informed, focused, and motivated.
  • Lead and facilitate recurring client status meetings, providing timely updates and driving progress on key initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver inspiring, strategic briefs to cross-disciplinary marketing teams, ensuring all plans are tightly aligned with business objectives and leverage the brand promise.
  • Champion outstanding creative work throughout the business and segment approval processes, advocating for innovative and effective solutions.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with clients and internal creative, production, and integrated teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Proactively identify and implement strategies to streamline communication processes, enhancing efficiency both client-facing and internally within the team.
  • Evaluate strategic inputs and ideas, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and segment preferences.
  • Manage budget estimates, track actual expenditures against proposed budgets, and contribute to essential financial reporting, including billing and income forecasts.
  • Proactively troubleshoot challenges, adjust plans as needed, and maintain a solution-oriented approach to ensure project success.

Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8+ years of total professional experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership or people management capacity.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a highly matrixed, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment with often competing priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated expertise in project and people management, adept at balancing high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • A track record of successfully managing client expectations, including project timelines and costs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal creative teams.
  • Adept or expert understanding of core marketing capabilities and general marketing principles.
  • Possesses a driven, compassionate, and curious mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit as a team player.
  • Highly motivated with a keen attention to detail.
  • A fast, creative thinker and problem solver.
  • Prior experience working within an advertising agency environment.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37 to $50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
