About the Role

The team is looking for a More senior level resource. The team needs a resource that can develop roadmaps, lead strategy discussions, and influence leadership. This person will be responsible for running project workstreams to support product launches along with developing strategic roadmaps and execute on those roadmaps to meet key deliverables related to the retail client experience.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to lead key strategic workstreams within a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the successful launch of new client-facing offerings and shaping the future of the client experience. You will be instrumental in translating strategic visions into actionable roadmaps, ensuring that critical deliverables are met and that every client interaction is seamless and impactful. Your contributions will directly influence the success of strategic initiatives and the overall satisfaction of our client's diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage project workstreams focused on supporting the launch of new client-facing offerings.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps that align with business objectives and enhance the client experience.
  • Execute on defined roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and objectives.
  • Synthesize complex data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in client experiences.
  • Formulate clear recommendations and create actionable plans to implement enhanced experiences.
  • Manage multiple tracks of work simultaneously, demonstrating strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ensure all work is completed with meticulous attention to detail, meeting tight deadlines efficiently.
