ALEX - Alternative Experts is seeking an experienced Program Manager and Alternate Program Manager to lead a high-visibility federal initiative focused on strategic oversight, personnel management, and performance excellence. This role involves coordinating with government stakeholders, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and driving operational success across multiple functional areas. The Program Manager will be responsible for staffing, onboarding, reporting, and maintaining continuity of service, while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
