Are you a fiber optics pro ready to take your skills to the next level? Join a team powering hyperscale data centers and mission-critical environments across the country. What You'll Do: * Install, terminate, and dress single-mode fiber optic cabling inside plant environments * Route fiber through Chatsworth ladder racks and structured pathways * Perform precision testing using EXFO OTDRs and Fluke Networks gear * Execute clean, labeled patching to meet strict data center standards * Interpret construction drawings, MOPs, and installation guidelines * Document test results and cable routing with accuracy * Follow safety protocols and industry best practices What We're Looking For: * Hands-on experience with fiber optic cabling and testing * Detail-oriented with a passion for clean installs and proper labeling * Familiarity with BICSI, TIA, and hyperscale data center standards * Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments * OSHA 10/30 and BICSI Installer certifications are a plus!
