*Employment Type:* Full-Time *Experience Level:* Expert *Overview* We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Territory Support Representative to join our dynamic wholesale team. This role begins as a support position assisting Territory Representatives with administrative tasks and gradually transitions into a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. *Key Responsibilities* * Provide administrative support to Territory Representatives while learning the full scope of the role. * Transition into supporting clients directly, maintaining a specific territory of accounts. * Collaborate with the wholesale and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order placement, management, and shipment. * Receive and respond to incoming calls from clients (primarily procurement teams) and internal sales representatives. * Process orders, returns, modifications, credit memos, and debit memos for dealers and sales reps. * Maintain order books for assigned accounts using Excel, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. * Generate and distribute weekly and monthly order book status reports to the sales team. * Partner with Customer Financial Services to release orders for processing. * Communicate with Distribution Centers (DC) to ensure timely and accurate shipping. * Anticipate potential issues in the order lifecycle and troubleshoot proactively. *Qualifications* * Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing customer service or sales support role. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. *What We Offer* * Opportunity to grow into a client-facing role with increasing responsibility. * Collaborative and supportive team environment. * Exposure to cross-functional teams and strategic operations. * Competitive compensation and benefits package. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
