*Location:* San Diego, CA (Preferred) or MTV *Work Type:* Hybrid (Minimum 2-3 days onsite per week in San Diego) *Team:* TurboTax Concierge Team *Employment Type:* Full-Time (Permanent Role) *Overview:* The *Sales Enablement Specialist III* plays a pivotal role in driving performance improvement across the TurboTax Concierge team. This role combines strategic enablement, frontline engagement, and data-driven insights to ensure agents and managers are equipped with the right tools, training, and support to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate across multiple teams to analyze performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement targeted solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. *Key Responsibilities:* *Performance Insights & Reporting* * Track and analyze performance trends to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities. * Conduct root cause analysis to uncover drivers of success and failure. * Own performance reporting and readouts, clearly articulating the "why" behind results. * Define success metrics and prescribe strategies based on performance outcomes. *Enablement & Training* * Partner with Learning & Development teams to design onboarding, readiness, and upskilling programs. * Identify and implement enablement assets and training to close performance gaps. * Deliver targeted training sessions when necessary. * Collaborate with L&D to adjust programs based on performance feedback. *Change Management & Readiness* * Own communication and readiness plans for managers and agents. * Ensure effective adoption of new processes, tools, and messaging. * Measure impact of changes and adjust strategies accordingly. *Frontline Engagement* * Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, listening to agents and surfacing pain points. * Address real-time performance blockers and partner with leadership for resolution. * Ensure frontline feedback informs training, enablement, and process improvements. *Cross-Functional Collaboration* * Partner with BPOs, Analytics, Customer Success, Academy, QA, Product, and Expert Network teams. * Align performance improvement strategies with service standards and customer experience goals. * Support scaling efforts as the team grows from 45 to 1300+ headcount. *Qualifications:* * Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and service operations. * Proven experience in performance management, enablement, or contact center operations. * Expertise in data analytics with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. * Experience designing or influencing training and readiness programs. * Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to influence across teams and levels. * Bias toward action and problem-solving; comfortable addressing frontline issues in real time. * Experience in program management, cross-functional collaboration, and decision-making. *Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):* * Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, QuickBase (training available if needed). * Back ground in sales and service environments. * Reporting and dashboard creation experience. *Employee Value Proposition (EVP):* * Be part of a high-impact team within the TurboTax organization. * Collaborate closely with leadership and contribute to strategic growth. * Work in a dynamic, data-driven environment focused on customer success. * Opportunity to shape performance strategies and scale a growing team. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $67.47 - $67.47/hr.
